There is no value of technical knowledge in this company .Satisfy the management either way like make a building on air and increase your salary.Don't join this company if want to work truly otherwise you can(you have compromise with illegal work) .This society is vendor dominated society .In this society all are in clerk post ....like you have to work as clerk what ever your post may be like consultant,manager,Senior Manager .

Additionally, there are times when resources or support for technology upgrades are limited, requiring creative solutions to maintain progress. Seniors provide a healthy environment. Specially the lead of Organization doing excellent to make this organization the best and he get some amount of success for the same too. but internal politics are making it worse.

Dislikes

It has a fulfilled HR position but doesn't knows what are the responsibility of an HR. You can be enforced to Note sheet task as typical government body however your profile suits you for development, overall if you wants to have some crazy culture which says we are an IT organization you can taste it. Apart from that some of them are really trying hard to make the organization good but most of them are ruining it by internal politics...

Likes

Compared to the other government department, there is some freedom with work, but comparison to the IT culture and company, there is nothing to appreciate.

Dislikes

All things done with notesheets, it has just name in IT, you will find nothing like an IT company, if you are passionate with your work don't even think to be part of this organization. One more thing you will find terrible HR here, they even don't know the duty of HR.
