Daily work life tension because arrangement of materials for dispatch to customers is difficulty. There is no stock which is moving fast in daily basis items so after processing the customer requirement to procurement ourself need to take risk.

Working here feels like mini north Korea by the dictatorship rule there is also no job security they can send you home anytime for small issues and they take full advance from clients and never make payment to suppliers and for late material even customer scold us knowing everything even management blame us only think 10 times before coming here because Father,mother,son all come here and play in employees life salary date also goes above 15th no promotion no hikes if you ask it they will torture and feel you to leave Completely Kim Jon in govt and feels demotivated to work here

Working at Chhabria we can learn many skills and the training given here is really useful and wonderful lessons of teaching given by the Managing Director and the staffs and employees are really friendly and helpful in every aspect

The company works t the store is open from 10 to 7.30 As it is in city centre to reach home it takes 9 pm

Have an good oppurtunity to learn new things about all the departments. And director of the company is very professional and has good work ethics. And he is ready to teach the skills about the company. Friendly staff. People can get well versed if they are open for learning. And happy to say that company re-hire the employees.

Dislikes

Unwanted fines will be Levied if not learnt the work procedures on time,which looks silly.
