Likes

Location is good. Hospital is well maintained and clean. Staff is very cooperative.

Dislikes

Work environment is very bad. They expect to work full day on gazzeted holidays( without any extra pay) and also on festival like diwali, Christmas.Work hours is 11 hours per day. They expect an explanation on paid leave. Lots of unnecessary restrictions like ..u can't use mobile or go to canteen freely..you are not allowed to laugh or sit anywhere freely.Too much personal interference. And most importantly that leave is only 8 days per year.
