Salary & other financial benefits are on time.

Dislikes

Terrible Management. You can be sacked from job at any moment. Honesty has no value in this company. Mr. Churoria & S. Mukherjee secretly run the business in partnership by appointing contractors of their choice. Then the contractors get a lot of financial benefits from them. If the site engineers make any complaint against those contractors about the quality of work then those engineers lose their jobs.

I have worked here for 5 years. There is nothing to like here. There is dirty politics here. Authority is not good at all. Does not give any respect. Treats people very badly.
