Only good for freshers. But they sign a bond of 4-5 years which is not even legal.

Dislikes

...y also threaten your family and file legal case against you if you don’t comply. Additionally, they withhold you salary and reliving documents after termination.

Food subsidy. Which is the part of your salary.

Dislikes

They will ask you to sign the bond at the time of joining. If you breach that bond even after next day of joining, the will file a complaint in court against you. you can not leave the company without notice period of 3 months, but they can terminate you from next date without any acknowledge. If you join the company you have to sign the bond of 80 pages.
