Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

1. No Variable in Pay Structure. Everything is Fixed. So that's an advantage. 2. Located in heart of the Chennai. So travel to ofz is very easy through public transport. 3. Job Security.

Average in most of the poinrs and good at some point. Salary for doctors is very less compared to technical people. On the whole nothing bad ! And nothing good also!

Top management never trust the unit heads and technical heads. Always keep spy at lower level working employee and get information.Top management act based on the information from informers and act without verifying. It is difficult for those who have worked professionally in other organizations to fit in. Many have come and gone at top level. Attrition rate at top management levels & Dept head levels at different units are alarming.

There is lot politics and the management docent daaresd our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a Boyd of 2years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees
