Dislike in the company is still they are using paper work for management approval process related.

Company products are very good and Anil Sir & Rakesh Sir are totally involve in each and every thing which actually boost moral for everyone.

Company need to change according to market and region. Too much paper work for every thing.

There is nothing to like except working hours because there was no Branch office where I worked.

Dislikes

No Management policy. The owner don't have the knowledge of what is going on blindly blv on what the Manager feeds him. The Management do wrong commitments for which the Sales Executive have to suffer resulting spoiling relationships with Schools. The Branch manager takes the credit of your Sales inhis name ultimately resulting in loss of your hardwork and the Management listen to his words even not bother to verify. I don't know why there is RM whn he don't have the knowledge of that Market and Schools.
