... like. My advice : "RUN", when chesa call. Worst management. Owner's are frauds. They don't pay salary or and deduct money from our salary.

Everything . Typical toxic work environment. For your safety, peace of mind and good mental health don't join Chesa. No employees working more then 6 months. No PF, no health insurance, they keep working on Sundays, even holidays. RUN for your safety

Company did not pay my PF. During lockdowns was paying only 30- 40% of the salary at times. Not clearing expenses of the sales team on time.

Dislikes

Difficulty for sales team to sell products as brands get discontinued in short span of time. Product quality not upto the market. Delays in product delivery. Customers get angry on sales persons.

EVERYTHING., Even after employee leave the company, than compny not giving pending salary, Pending Expenses and very bad about policy, Policy is about it takes 45 day for complete employee full and final settlement but after 45 days now it's almost 3 months but company not giving my pending salary, Pending Expenses and not Done my full and final settlement. very very bad experience in this company. that is full of politics in company.

Chesa is the top leading company in overall india, branded dental product and excellent team, chesa provide quick and fast service to customers, all expert and trained engg. Team. Growth and development chances is more and increase the knowledge. Good communication between higher level managment to subordinate level.

For being a field staff, wasn't thought that there was some pressure of work. Freedom of work is there.

There is nothing called Management . In an every situation you need to get the approval from COO. There is no such policy that clarify to a employee . Poor increment policy . Beside that everything is good .
