Work Environment is great. Salary is always on time. Working staff is nice and gives you lot of time and space to learn and grow. Higher management are always supportive throughout and are lot encouraging too. Lot of work to learn and grow.

very bad culture in team. working under too much pressure to acheive target. no proper direction or help is given by team heads Neha n Ekta. both r v rude and the comitment given to customer is not in line with real timeliens and then the pressure is put on staff. team has changed 2 times completely.

management is too confused (specifically BD Head neha Kolwankar & director Ekta). you will never get appreciation.no proper appraisal system, no job security. hire without knowing what is expected from employees also fire anyone without reason, zero totally zero life working life. slow growth, dont join their sister base company cheryl Laboratories. in plant ,HO no ethics

Certainly a bad option to join for those who are aspiring to make career into quality assurance. It's a production oriented organization involved in making non-compliances. It has terrible work culture, exhaustive working hours, only one week off. It's not focused into drugs or conventional dosage form manufacturing. So, not suitable for Pharmacists or Pharma graduates. There's no monetory growth, no recognition and respect for freshers. No highly qualified professionals are found.
