My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

They r not even paying pending salaries of Sep'2018 of mine before covid19. Then think about current sitiuation. Company has totally collapsed because of wrong management decisions. I will not recommend any anyone to this company.

They will not pay salary on time. There is delay of 3 months(March salary will be paid on june) to pay salary which is not at all acceptable by anyone.

Worst company i have worked. salary will be given once in three months. they will put bond also and will not leave from job also and will not give salary also. No increment nothing even if you work here for 5 years also. they will not take any new projects, you cannot learn neither leave that company. if you leave the company early before 2 year bond you need to pay 1 lack and also to serve 3 months notice period.. if anybody wants their life to go bad to hell please join cherrytec.
