You will be engaged in lot of work. Business is good and that comes with extensive work, hence balancing work & life is pretty difficult. Appraisals are kind of average, but you do get them every year. You don`t know when you will asked to leave the job, hence job security wise is big dislike. Promotions are rarity.

... you are considered odd -Unfair system of work and discrimination in many areas -Bonus system and pay reviews are flawed, as ultimately based upon who you know rather than how hard you work -Management need to stop talking about equality and start delivering -It needs to be recognised by management that simply because the company is based in multiple countries, does not necessarily make it diverse equitable and inclusive -The DEI roles are an absolute waste of time and resource! How can individuals with privilege relate to those with non? -Fix the problems you have at all levels I really start to look at and listen to the concerns raised and currently being ignored, eg Senior managers asking me on almost a daily basis, “How was your curry last night?” It’s casual racism!

Dont expect anything to learn new here. Also the position and title doesnt change for many years. Its a relaxed environment with few changes or project work. If you like that kind of a job its an awesome place to settle and then retire.
