Once project done they layoff. Hrs and managers are selfish and they are cheating people in the name of WFH. Managers themselve telling to copy and take help to pass unqork exam.

It's been just 3 months working here, but great experience. Environment is very friendly here, Pros- Permanent work from home, Work Life balance, Saturday Sunday completely Off, Leave policy is also good.

They hire for .Net, Automation or Java or other skills but there is a high chance you will never be in a good project with your skill. no career path. focus on non-standard tech causes career risk. Not good for more than 4-year experienced.

The company only favors the friends and relatives of management. Pure talented people are kicked out immediately once the project is over and good for nothing guys who keep flattering the upper management are kept for years. Micromanagement kills creativity. Relatives of founders are at top positions who are simply incapable.

Don’t join this company they take back Salart deposited even after 1 year of leaving org. At this company they feel its is one if best but they don’t have anything good Have been engaged with them for 8 months and trust me guys not worth it. Just ignore this company
