... the right hand to the CEO, they are multitalented and involve in everything.
3. You will not get your salary properly on time, always salary will get delayed or kept hold.
4. They don't have valid license for other locations like Hyderabad, vijayawada, bangalore.
5. They will mostly appoint female employees as per the higher official BIG Boss instructions. Many Harassment happened inside Head Office Chennai. But no one came and complaint against them.
6. There ratings , reviews are fake.
7. Poor Management & HR Team.
8. They will ask your original marksheets to submit.
Salary will not be credited on Time.
Every month they will delay salary for the Corporate office, employees leave due to late salary, and internal politics in the Admission team.
Spending huge money for ads and promotions, they will not give any % hike while you join. Poor Management.

2. Low grade pay. They have all the polices to deduct your salary.like example if you take leave on sat and Monday Sunday is also lop and so on
3. Only 12 leaves no permission.

11. If you are visiting any other location than your base work location even if it is 100 km away from office . You shld reach the location in regular office timing(9.am)
13. 70% attrition rate. Everyone who joins leave the company Max two months they ll serve . The reason behind is management cheap activities.
14. No pantry. You need sit in the walkway and eat . people should not spend more time in pantry so they dnt have it.
12. If u still join this company. You will definitely comeback for write up review like this. don't loose you mental peace.
Very bad timings. Frequent change of roles and responsibilities. No job security. After leaving also they create he’ll amount of problems who have worked there. Ego clashes. Unprofessional and unqualified heads who lead the organisation. On top of everything work pressure . Need to work 24/7*365.

no Holidays
No personal life.
Need to be available always on the phone
Too many heads without quality and qualification
will be treated like prisoner- CCTV survilience in all the areas except Wash room.
