...ronment & culture Team mates are supportive & the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, salary increment policy is not good. I am join this company 2016, experience 7 years salary fixed 12000/- . Now 6 years experience in Chennai Radha Engineering Works but till now salary 18000/- 13 years experience. Management lebel increment good but down line is not good. Promotion nothing increment nothing, 2016 joing Designation Asst Engineer, now 2022 Designation Asst Engineer.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & Management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good & career growth is slow. Here is a bond of 6 years.

...rtive to down level people. Each & every person have same rules and regulations. Company policies are good, salary, bonus & increment very low for down level people's.

There is lot of politics in company in between Tamil and Hindi people, site management maximum tamil person so they most support to tamil people.

I like to work Chennai Radha engineering works private limited because they are giving more important for working safety and they give salary hike and bonus . They give salary at first week of Every month. And finally I'm getting good working experience.

Main disadvantage is amount of salary they provide basic salary for all freshers and experienced . This is the main problem for all employees .

I am observed Community based movement at every time ( like promotion, salary all are) There is a lot of politics and the top management doesn't address our issues. Community based career growth.

... that's not a company rule but company situation making employees to work extra.base scale of salary is too low.due to high expense in life our company salary is not enough to run day to day life then how can we think about savings kindly consider this points and also due to work time 9 to 6 we are reaching our house nearly 8 clock it's not enough for family life so kindly change 9 to 5 thank you
