Everything in this company, especially if we work hard, that's not a matter in this company. If you will raise your voice for something wrong decision taking by them, there after you will be in noticed list. They watch each and every work of ours, if any mistake done they will change to the another team, with out considering ourself. One of the worst management and process system. No Payslips also, if we want put mail and then only they provide it.
