I had a great time working in that school. Lots of scope for learning . You are given enough freedom to explore and improve your teaching.

Dislikes

Salary could be better . Since people working for many years are paid less than those new freshers who join without experience.

just worst they'll just say whatever comes out of their mind as rules and here rules can be changed to individual according how good youre to thm no matter how perfect ur wrk could be if they dont like you they just say some bs

They provide up and down Van facility to pick up and drop. Even food also provided for teachers. If u are someone who likes to work hard then the work won't be much burdon for you .

Promotion are not based on talent but lot of politics happens to get promoted to handle higher classes.

Nothing negative about work atmosphere .Very good learning experience .

As a HoD for Geography& Economics dept. I guide my teachers under me in setting qp, Worksheets , digi lesson content , notes for lessons, lesson plan, syllabus framing, corrections as per board requirement , how to help slow learners Etc.

The school is fallowing CCE pattern for the academic year and is open to innovate latest technology. I'm proud that I am a part of the team.

Dislikes

The school is so hi fy. The work pressure is high for the coordinator. Management do not value an individual unique strength, especially the principal Mrs. Subashini, that's y I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation from the parents, but they go mostly unnoticed during my service.
