Very Good Company for working and Learning. Intellegent people are respected and appreciated.

Dislikes

..., hardwork but but aggresive to there benefit are paid more than expectation. For new comer very good salary , but for existing people not justifiable salary.

Likes

Canteen food is good, yes people talk negative about the same food. It's just the way they are but the canteen guy puts his heart into it. Festive Celebrations and normal activities are really good feels like a family but no credit to Usha. There is not much work really but the pressure is just tremendous when you join you will know.

Dislikes

Politics is redefined here, for some reason the MD also things is good. People with great salary do no work and with little to no salary work their hearts out. There is no appreciation and appraisals are done keeping in mind who will stay with them for the long run, is not worth the long run.

company has a policy of 10 to 6 working shift..this is great..although saturday off will not be given here at any cost

Dislikes

no increment after one year, HR manager do not know how to take interview,no salary structure...executive is earning more than manager,while interview they say company has turnover of 60 cr..but it is a mere 20 cr company...saturday will given off as it in under process is told to new joinees to fool them........this list will continue on and on

Ashish technical capabilities and Innovative Product range, Canteen facility.

Dislikes

No job security, Ashish’s surrounded by unethical division heads influencing his decision making, company is not at growth stage but turnaround survival mode. Inefficient employees sitting at strategic positions and robbing companies profits. No proper HR policies. Currently facing union problem at both units. Company lacks knowledge on how to set up the process to channelize its capabilities. Negative politics right from Assistant director to sweeper.

Work culture is good and top management is very encouraging and supportive.

Dislikes

1) When you leave the company they don't make your full & final settlement properly. 2) They will show big CTC's with variable part which they don't pay on time. 3) Yearly increments are very less, percentage-wise they will show you big figure, but again they manipulate in such a way that you will get less in hand.
