I was working there on contract bases. Though I had a pleasant experience with them. Compensation and benifit as permanent employees is excellent that something I missed.

Dislikes

When I left job, it takes one year to get my last month salary. Otherwise I had wonderful experience.

Nothing except exposure to many instruments and field of instrumentation.

Dislikes

less pay, average benefits, hard learned degree not valued. Working here is just a waste of time and energy. You will find many foul mouthed fools who do nothing and get paid.

Salaries were irregular. Been over a year since resignation, still about a lac of rupees pending despite writing so many emails The management people are nicely enjoying the payments from the clients, while financially torturing the entry level employees by withholding salaries. They should just sell the company assets and clear everyone's pending payments which would be the ethical thing to do. But they are thieves and would never even think about doing the right thing. God knows how many poor engineers might have cursed these management people, which is why the company is still struggling and it always will.

Good place to learn concepts in grassroot level....(only issue is you have to find time for that). Work atmosphere with freedom..... If a problem arise, can face scolding but at last the mistake/problem will be solved together as a team....

15 plus year experience in chemtrols. Work culture is good . In private organisation job security depend on overall performance of individual and product demand in current market scenario . management and company policies are satisfactory.
