Thing are easily adjustable like shifts and week off when you needed, work pressure is not high, easily manageable.

Dislikes

Dislike are non countable, but i would say few important factor related to job, 1. First Salary which you will never get on time, no limit for delay. 2. There's no specific criteria for yearly increament and promotion,really worse thing maybe if you resigning then if they needed then offer wrt what you are getting next. 3. You will join and always be on probation period, there's not like confirmation no benefits for confirming. 4. One of most annoying thing, you don't have fix leave like CL SL PL, you will get only two paid leave each month but that's not carry forward, due to manpower shortage you will not able to avail these leaves each month. 5. Not provide basic facilities for employees like transportation canteen medical insurance etc. 6. Never ever think to join if you have any job or anywhere, only for jobless who's first priority to get job.
