No respect to your position, even VP is work like helper,and force you to do the same. Job isn't secure here,they just say don't come from tomorrow. Absolute worst company with no safety rule.(welding is carried iut just beside thermic oil draining) I want to rate in minus but that's not available.

VP , and Production manager is Giving Maa ben ki Gaali to shift Incharge and PLC officers, They will Fire you at any time No Job Security , they will say ' Kal se Naukri mat aana ' Toxic Work culture Current Condition of Company is , All Production staff Resigned because of behaviour of Vice President. 3 months notice period is compulsory I think Shiva Performance have Highest Resignation Rate in Vadodara. In this 1 year many shift incharge and PLC officer resigned due to Toxic company
