The Management, A non Chemical Engineering Background Person is posted as a Factory manager in A Chemical factory, He joined the company as a maintenance engineer and now hold's the Factory Manager Position. this guy makes sure no new person should stay in the company because he is insecure about his own position in the company and hence he don't want any new HOD or a person with some new idea to enter this company, THE MD is Puppet of that factory manager I really dont understand how these people run such a big entirety, Everything every document is forged during audits nobody is trained or no one literally no one is skilled enough. LALA Company

Management is Average. No any Mediclaim policy for Staff and their Family. Need to Improve in Safety Measures .

Rude behavior of senior staff..,and they are harashed to lower staff ad well as shift Supervisor as well as traine apprentice persons... And they have not train to junior as well as newly join traine apprentice employees properly...,

Human Resource tenure is just for 3-4 month only. If you plan to join then think for max 3 month as management does not want HR to continue. Lot of work pressure from internal and external. External you can manage but internal politics, hire and fire, no system, work pressure, harrasment
