For earnings - company will give compensation and benefits at low scale Leave deduction - company will give 36 days of leave per year and deduct if employee is late to office ( even it is 1 min or 1 hr doesn't matter)

Permanent job, full security, salary on time.

Dislikes

Worst tea, need to pay. Worst food, need to pay. Medical insurance will cover only employee, but not family and that too minimum value to show up. DVI (retention amount is too high and they will pay after 2 years and not mention in CTC) SAP also exist. Above both if you resign they wont give. Commutation bus need to pay.

...is very good experience and lot of safety points..excellent safety maintenance..but salary wise low . 2 or 3 years experience but not satisfied salary in life ..this is the difficult in company...but always good.

I joined as a GET Mechanical. Initially the training and overall development was great but once I took charge the scenario was upside down. This company is great for freshers upto two years.
