Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

when you left the company, chairmen will stopped your 1 or 2 months of salary permanently and no increment policy , they just cut the employees salary and make the profit without selling anything ..so please join at own risk ...

In this company products more range. So we can get the marketing and placement easy.

Dislikes

In this company not expecting other market support and employees benifits. Yearly not given increments. Not Career growth. Job training not given. Suddenly down the salaries. To late paid the travel Bill's.
