Branch Manager is not a good person.Cimpany timing is 9.39 to 5.30.But BM not keep time.Every evening she closed branch 7 pm.Company give training then they inform me that if branch manager or any college violate company rules we can inform to HO.But in my branch BM is fraud.When I inform that higher authorities they take action ahainst her.Bu Area Manager had some unethic relationship with her.So he harass me .Every company some persons are make problems.

When compare by other competitors (Other NBFCs), The company is employee friendly and family oriented company...Especially CEO Thomas Sir and Chairman Bobby Sir are very good humanitarian personality. I am giving 4 out 5 mark to this company

Had a supportive teammates. Company policies are good. But the work environment is too bad

Dislikes

Work environment is very bad because of the higher authorities. They showed gentre inequality and made us feel uncomfortable. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
