Great company to work for overall learning and growth. The colleges are very friendly, helpful and supportive. The management gives ample scope to each individual for their professional and personal growth. The CMD Dr Ravinder Goel is a very learned person and treats his employees as his family member. He gives opportunity to everyone for their growth and development. He is very much approachable and patiently listens to the grievances of everyone. He also helps his employees during any emergency. He is a very kind hearted and soft spoken person. He not only pay attention to the professional development of a person but also take care of their personal growth. He practices and teaches yoga every morning through online and urges everyone one to join along-with their family and friends. Really a good company to work here in Chemline India

Dislikes

Too much of meetings and very strict timings. Salary is deducted for late coming. Too much of micro-magement. The technical team of factory needs more improvement in terms of providing technical support to Sales & Marketing department.

Likes

They had taken care of us by paying full salary in pandemic. Even taking care of those employees families who lost life due to corona by paying their respective family.

Nothing is to be liked in Chemline India Limited, very poor company. No work culture, no progress and no job security all depends on its Managing Director's mood. He is all and all for there.

Dislikes

...ll things like a shop ( LALA Company). No rule and regulations followed by them. Full and Final payment will not be released, make unrealistic and nonsense excuses not to release employee last salary. No exact calculation of leaves. HR is too slow, not interested to listen employees problem. All decisions depends on company's MD ( Managing Director's) mood only. No surety of increament. No logic behind there silly reasons to give work to you which is not even in your work profile. You are pressurised to do so.

If you want ruin your career then join chemline. you can get online meeting or call 24X7 any time by lala R&D head is 10th pass only and has monopoly by his people around. If you are expert in fraud and corruption then can think to join this company. No body know, which day would be last day of him.

Pressurized and mandatory saturday and sunday morning Yoga at 6 AM compulsary by lala. No place to sit in office Lala like blackmailing people in the company

The rating must be in minus also. They have only buttering culture, your job depends on helpers and 8th-standard people's feedback. You will be hired only for a few months if you are professional.
