I joined chemical to learn some new experiences which i did ad i was from a different background.

Dislikes

...e you’re old enough in the company, it will be credited at the mid of the month. After finishing notice you have to chase for you salary, it will only be credited after auditing the work you did. Factory coordination is worst. Its difficult to achieve perfection in a single go.

The company is open to innovation latest Technology. Iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation e-mails from my client, but mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

All things like, this company is selfish,they design what they like not customers like, system management is bad,staff and customers are not happy,they are not ready to invest for new patterns and design are always same but print is different

I started as fashion consultant at chemistry after eeing my work they gave me asm position...team is good....got product knowledge...n its like a family

Only thing is pakage is low n no training for new comers n no outing or get together
