Issues:** Despite deductions being made from my salary for the Provident Fund over the last three months, the amount was not deposited into my P.F. account. 6. **Work Hours:** There is a high expectation for late sitting, and employees are often required to finish extra work at home, even late into the night. 7. **Appreciation and Compensation:** There is no extra appreciation or additional compensation for the extra work done, and no benefits are provided to the employees.

growth is slow, the work pressure is very high some times, some times 14-18 hrs work as day some times night also, managers do not value an individual unique strength.
