At Pune, Alandi plant people appointed at higher level for example plant head and especially the R&D head created a very wrong atmosphere for working. They call themselves as ex-Henkel employees but the fact they were themselves were kicked out of the company for there bad attitude. I had worked in other firms before joining here but I have never seen such unqualified egomaniacs working at such a high level.

Dislikes

Overall people who are working here are decent and friendly. The climate and the wheather is good as well. Timming is flexible.

I would like to share my honest feedback about my experience, particularly concerning the work culture and leadership. The company's official work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, which I initially found reasonable. However, in practice, the work-life balance was significantly disrupted due to frequent last-minute tasks assigned by management, often requiring employees to stay late into the evening, sometimes as late as 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM. This practice created by Rohit Kumar create unnecessary stress and made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. One notable concern was the behavior and attitude of Mr. Rohit Kumar in my experience, his approach to leadership often leaned toward negativity. Rather than fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, there seemed to be a tendency to undermine employees' confidence, regardless of their experience or seniority.
