... nothing to like anything. mismanagment, no respect , juniors are your seniors. working time without any law, salary receiving with deduction every month. Very shame company.

No work culture, policy, planning, career growth and least of all no respect for professional. It is run by bootlicker and managed & directed by high headed obnoxious and ego centric moody director.

It is good to work at Chelsea Mills as atmosphere is good and got chance to learn more and company culture is also good.

Dislikes

Career growth is limited and salary is less than from the market. Also job security is less and working balance is less. No personal thinking.

...Drinking water Facility is not available, Dead mouses can be seen in water Tank. Company Provides Salary Hike only to Boot-lickers. Company Deducts bonus from salary and will return at Dewali. Company don't Trust at employees, security guards check staff's beg and pocket before leaving office every Evening. Company's Owner is only kind-hearted for Biharies.

1. Salary gives after 8th of month. 2. Drinking water Issue. 3. Lot of mouses can be seen in office in office time. 4. Washroom were very dirty. 5. No Job security- they throw out the employees after finished his/her work requirements. And don't provide any notice period.

Nothing, very bad company, pathetic work place I have ever seen.

I'm currently going through the dipression because of working with such toxic people.very bad company, they just use you to get their season work done then asked to resign,it means use and throw the employees.
