...o do student counselling, they told me there’s no such position in the school. They didn’t even pay me what they promised. They changed the pay numbers after a month. I stayed at the hostel, I had to be with the students 24*7, I used to share beds with them. I was not even allowed to go home even on sundays. Management changes from year to year. Teachers are not rightly qualified and they don’t teach the students instead they play only the YouTube videos. They don’t even work on students’ communication skills. The school management don’t even correct the students behaviour. Students used drugs inside the classroom and passed out. When students plagiarise during the exams, teachers don’t correct them as the parents are of high profiles or govt officials. When one or two teachers speak up, the management terminate them from jobs immediately. Teachers were not allowed to stay inside the staff room more than 10 mins, they monitor us all the time. Teachers shouldn’t even sit for 5 mins inside the classroom. Teachers has to stretch beyond their class schedules as to cover for the absence of an another teacher or when the senior teacher is reluctant to take class for that hour. Teachers should work tirelessly all day but no compensation and benefits are given. For 12th Std 2020 batch, chemistry portions wasn’t taught till feb as they didn’t have a chemistry teacher.
