...re, There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling, company policies are very good give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, Salary is decent but career growth is very slow and favour to special caste and community.

There is nothing to learn, and they deduct bonus from salary but in return nothing give. Variable is very very very bad

Nothing to learn as well as salary structure is very bad and giving less salary.

...re where gossips catch like fire & HR does nothing to promote a healthy culture. My package duped in the name of bonus but one never even gets 100% of it despite working 10-12 hrs a day!!

Salary deduction upon reaching 20 min late, Bias at the time of appraisal because only upper management people get good hike in salary and yearly rating. No learning
