Overall experience is fine but payment is very low and managers are not well behaved. There are some scams running under their nose and they refuse to recognise the same even after telling them about the whole thing.

Pay rate is very low. Managers behaviour is not so good, they act like computerized bots.

It's a very good work from home opportunity... Helped my teaching skillls and problem solving skills... Also helps to study anything new everyday.

Salary per question is little bit low compared to the toughness of questions sometimes we answers.. Otherwise all are good.

Likes

Teammates and subject coordinators are supportive, work-life balance is good, there remains bonus on our payment many times. Chegg gives payment for per question. If one gives much time to Chegg per day with much attention to solve a lot of questions, then one can earn huge amount of salary.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there is no question on the question board so that we have to wait to get questions. But it does not happen always, only happens sometimes when there is lack of questions sent by the students.

As a freelancer there is no specifuc time bound to the work also we can work at own pace.

Dislikes

The compensation is less compared to the work alos there are reviewers who gives inappropriate reviews for the submitted solutions which affects the QC score and thereby question flow. Also during holidays there are very few questions available on the platform. As qustions are mostly posted by US students, thus one has to work in night if want to solve the questions.

Gives flexibility in timings and there are no deadlines or commitment to doing work. It's a freelance job so i can set my own target and timings. There is also a lot of potential of growth in learning and going deeper into the field that i work in.

Dislikes

...ob security and/or other benefit. Not even an yearly bonus or gifts or anything. Working as a subject matter expert, the questions to be answered vary a lot in terms of difficulty and length but the pay is the same for every question. Lot of times the pay feels much less for the work being done.
