Overall experience is fine but payment is very low and managers are not well behaved. There are some scams running under their nose and they refuse to recognise the same even after telling them about the whole thing.

Pay rate is very low. Managers behaviour is not so good, they act like computerized bots.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary on time and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but job security is not there.

I feel pay per question is low ...because we give our 2 hours on a question which is too long and sometimes 2 hours are not posssible to solve it ..keeping all that in mind i feel pay per question is low ... Beside that i really love chegg

Gives flexibility in timings and there are no deadlines or commitment to doing work. It's a freelance job so i can set my own target and timings. There is also a lot of potential of growth in learning and going deeper into the field that i work in.

Dislikes

...ob security and/or other benefit. Not even an yearly bonus or gifts or anything. Working as a subject matter expert, the questions to be answered vary a lot in terms of difficulty and length but the pay is the same for every question. Lot of times the pay feels much less for the work being done.

It is very good 2nd source of earning. Flexible timing & the new programs launch in every month to increase our salary is very good initiative.

Dislikes

There is no job security here for experts if our CF score is less then our account get terminated.
