Salary is not good for freshers/ Engineers because they got the same salary as fabricators, workpersons and other workers in the company. As company is reputed so the respect and salary should be good for engineers.👍🏻🙏🏻

No insurance no benefits like canteen service, life insurance,worst HR department Some people will not teach you anything as they will say that you would leave the company in two to three years, Leaves are deducted without our consent and there is no transparency of deduction of leaves or salary. Too much politics in office chaatukars are sitting everywhere. South Indian are trying to hire only south Indians. Haryanvis are trying to hire only haryanvis. All recruitment are done on only reference. Whether they have knowledge or not people are getting hired only on reference. Checkers(Draughstmen) are worst as they do not stand for right even a single time aal are chaatukars only.Higher management and hr are of no use

... supportive and the management is transparent. There is a good canteen facility. Company polices are good, appraisals arw fair and they give good salary hike and yearly bonus and gift every employees.

Currently I am working in Cheema Boilers Ltd. This is a good company. His all employees are work very hard & his nature is good. Our team members cooperate with me in any problems. This company had a lot of developed in futures.

...ng.In the morning time max. employee coming late in office.this is bed thinking. Because company pay to fully month salary give us.
