what I like about working at Checktronix is the supportive environment that encourages learning and development there's ample time and assistance from colleagues to help you grow your skills and adapt to new challenges the flexibility in work hours is also a big plus - it's not rigidly enforced but rather depends on your understanding of the field and the type of project you're working on. Some days are quite packed with tasks while others offer more breathing room which creates a balanced and sustainable workflow

Investing in higher quality hardware such as providing better laptops and ensuring a reliable network infrastructure would significantly improve productivity and efficiency additionally establishing a canteen and offering more amenities could enhance the overall workplace experience making it comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. encouraging a diverse and inclusive environment by promoting a mix of linguistic backgrounds would further enrich the company culture and collaboration. compensation for people appears to be on the lower side compared to industry standards which can be discouraging especially considering the rising cost of living and effort required for the role.

They seniors here are expert in technologies they use and they always update to latest technologies. As it is a product based company with established customers the job security is good. But if you are addicted towards learning, then it is difficult for work life balance because you will be learning daily

My whole teammates motivated me lot. Work environment is like family and home like culture. Every one treated same. No senior no junior all are working together without jealously. Really awesome company which I never seen like that in my life. I miss all of them I miss everything there..hats off to managers
