Very poor company, they call themselves a PAN INDIA company but actually they don't have any cultural value.

They give salary after almost third month of working in first month. If you work in Jan then you January salary will come in March 26 approx and the date is also not fixed. And work life balance in only in corporate office not in branches. In branc lh you are dependent on the pathetic manager they don't let you leave the office atleast after 1 hour after office timings and that is also not fixed until they are in the office you have to sit and can not ask them if you wish to leave. All these coming from the corporate office in Baroda coz they don't have any hr police no policy at all. Thats the reason this company is falling their face down. They behave with the guards the worst they hold guards salary for 8 to 9 days salary if guards work as a releliver also and they hate to give money if they hold. And they keep one months salary for fnf process they simply don't give your one months salary no matter thow much your salary is. Most bad up company in india and their owners are big thieves owner and his useless son also. Both are thieves. With no experience in corporate bas company khol li choro ne aur paisa chori ka r kar ke kama liya ab uski dhos jamate hai. Companies who are reading this don't give them business aapko rula hi denge ye service ke naam pe kuch service process nahibhai. Aur guards k har mahine 1000 rs tak khate hainbye fully non compliant haibye log.

I feel good working with my company , bcz there are lots of branches, so many people are working here. As far as I know about my company there are very strict rule. Therefore some people are not survive here.

🙏🙏When Festival is nearest than will be salary hold by company,bcz no anyone gone to home. This is big problem for us, bcz my family members are waiting for money, wt I say with my family, I have no answer. But this time is changed rule. I m thankful to my company . I hope this rule will be constant. 🙏🙏

I am working sence 14 August 2008, everything is fine, salary is received on time, any official work is done quickly.total 60 employee work under me no one has any problem.

Its good company and you will be well learnt but if you don't have the work knowledge you will be suffer till you learn. All the manager and staffs are friendly.

Salary will be credit lately, and recently the work pressure increased due to increasing of employee strength From Head office simply pressure us to complete the work within TAT

This has led to an environment of disorganization, affecting every level of the company. Overall, the work culture at Checkmate Services is highly discouraging. It’s a workplace that lacks support, fairness, and opportunities for long-term career growth. For anyone considering employment here, I’d recommend exploring other options with a more positive, respectful, and transparent environment.
