These deductions add a heavy financial burden to ground-level employees, raising ethical concerns about fair treatment and compliance. Additionally, guards are often treated disrespectfully, which further affects morale. 5. Lack of Organizational Stability: Checkmate Services seems to be struggling financially, with a questionable focus on gaining clients at the expense of healthy margins and fair practices. This has led to an environment of disorganization, affecting every level of the company. Overall, the work culture at Checkmate Services is highly discouraging. It’s a workplace that lacks support, fairness, and opportunities for long-term career growth. I feel good working with my company , bcz there are lots of branches, so many people are working here. As far as I know about my company there are very strict rule. Therefore some people are not survive here.

🙏🙏When Festival is nearest than will be salary hold by company,bcz no anyone gone to home. This is big problem for us, bcz my family members are waiting for money, wt I say with my family, I have no answer. But this time is changed rule. I m thankful to my company . I hope this rule will be constant. 🙏🙏

I am working sence 14 August 2008, everything is fine, salary is received on time, any official work is done quickly.total 60 employee work under me no one has any problem.
