Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Salary and perks are good and on time, they don't find people unless you do a uncontrollable blunder. They are nice with you if you are sincere and honest towards your task assigned.

Nothing at all. Bad work environment

Dislikes

Inhumane treatment..right from the start..even the HR is egoistic. The company owner micro-manages..even checks how long you sit on your chair..so if you are not on your desk..you don't work. Undue pressurized employees with bad sarcasms all the time.

The company, being a startup, has a lot to explore. It completely depends on the employee's approach to highlight the positives/negatives of the company. As a startup, it is yet to build a system but it is a fun place to work at. Since it doesn't work for a client and have their own headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. It encourages the employees to come up with the initiatives which is one of the reasons I have seen people enjoy working here.
