...company. Excellent work environment. Leadership is transparent and approachable. Salary is decent. It is complete work from home profile which saves travel time and allows work life balance. There are incentive and RnR Programs also. Team activities are also conducting and winners get rewards. There are learning and awareness programs for us on LMS platform. HR also connects regularly to check about the wellbeing of employees.

Process very different from other companies. Management is not good. All HR are on 3rd party payroll they have no any right to take the decision. He fullfill the demand of mamagement.

Salary offered from CHCS is good.

CHCS is a new company, recently separated from Capgemini so they doesn't have their own IT & HR team. Both are third party and due to this employee can't get their issues resolution on time. Also work load is very high with no job security.

Management is totally waste and waste of time... poltics only work here..need to change HR and manager.... totally the company want to put new people who give opportunity to working people and their truth not for who don't work..litterlly spend time...

Everything else is disliked and the 5 rating given by other users are fake which is given by the people in management by orders of leadership to increase rating here so that people can come for interviews after seeing these rating. If you don’t believe connect to someone in linkedin and take review. Chcs and wellcove by chcs is the same company. Dont get fooled by the rating research properly before joining. Girls without any skills are getting promoted from associate to TL but not on paper by grace of another TL Vikas.
