Organisation has a very good environment specially for young engineers who want to start their career in telecommunications field. Pay scale is also good as compared to the market standard & they also they also provide different allowances and incentives. During this pandemic the organisation has been very supportive by providing necessary work euipments and allowances. The higher management is also very good & supportive. The best thing is we get projects on daily basis,which means every day a new challenge and something new to learn which is very much needed for self growth.

Great company to start your career, Senior management is very helpful, teammates are helpful.Benifits are great like allowances, insurqnces etc

Work pressure is there but if you are fast in completing your work then it is normal

In this crisis time most of the companies stopped promotion,hikes ane some companies laid off people. But this company provided good amount of hike for every eligible employer and done promotions as well They provided special allowances for broadband and other rental things which no company did

The main thing which I like about chc consultant is that the company provides full exposure to their employees and develop learning skills and the growth opportunity was also good. Due to poor health condition I had to leave chc otherwise if I would get chance to apply again in it I will definitely go through it

Working atmosphere . Ambience is great.

Pressure is very high. I work around 12-14 hours a day. Insecurity of job. Low appraisals. I personally receive appreciation from US team , but it go unnoticed during my appraisals. Rat race.
