Overall team work at CG is good. i have learn more about the retail business and NPds launching here. overall working culture is good.

Dislikes

compensation is poor and also growth is slow. there is no annual appraisal even for sales people. no OJT.

Chaudhary Group has a very high scope of career development and learning as well. Different Learning and Development Team programs are the very plus point of the company.

Dislikes

Sometimes need to work on strict deadline. And adding holidays on Sundays will be a great idea for all employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
