There is nothing to like at all.
Dislikes
They only deduct basic salary if you not achieved your monthly target.also very pathetic work culture on daily basis they took zoom call for 2/2hrs in morning and evening also..
They didn't give any notice for employees and directly ask for leave the job

Comparing to banking sector working time is flexible for all as well timing is suitable to balance personal life and work life. There is no pressure for business as Employee can work freely over here. particularly on business day they are cashback which is really nice gesture to retain Employee.
...n and again, according to me it should be same for at least same financial year. Everyone work for salary but salary satisfaction not there due to as decided by organization if u could not complete 60% of your target due to any reason then Employee will not get full salary for the particular month.
Work culture and chairman is good. nice management. But they dont give you salary if target is not completed. Dont left your current job for this company as you will need start finding new job if Join here
