Worst environment with loads of work pressure. no respect towards teacher.Salary issues, irregular salary, after 3 months,less salary more work, owner doesn't care for employees, only promises and hopes. Parents are getting fooled by organization No teacher can work more than a year, unless n until his/her need

Favourism I like in this school. All teachers are very helpful and friendly towards me.

I didn't get any appreciation.I should appreciation because that time think I want to do more towards school.

The institution is good for a teacher, who is ready to work hard. Staff environment is healthy. Management readily accepts new technologies in teaching learning process which leads to development of students as well as teachers.

Dislikes

As it is private sector, some people think that it has insecured future.
