As of now, jpmcb lacks severely in technological enhancements when compared to Indian private banks who are leaps and bounds ahead of major banks in India. Many internal processes could be streamlined with a good tech upgrade. Apart from this, the internal review and appraisal cycle is not transparent. On the contrary, it could be quite a suprise to see the appraisals and promotions in light of the entire year's work in teams.
