...a hospital with 300 beds. So we had to attain 70-100 patients on everyday basis. Whereas the salary was very poor. Doesn't meet our expectations.

Salary.i graduate with hospital management & they give me salary only 7000 in hand .lowest salary in all the private hospital of kolkata.and the senior of my ipd department wrost senior they didn't help in any problems..and insult all the time..all the new employee left this organisation after 1-2 month work..the main reason is senior are not helpfull.

Nothing to like in this politically polluted hospital.

...r about anything. CMS is doing it most & he believes in divide and rule policy . Salary given after 2 months & additional payments was withhold for almost 6months. No scope for increments & no scope for new learning. Overall no job satisfaction.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...corporates like SAIL, subsidiaries of CIL not satisfied with quality of service. Salary not in time, TA not regular. Above all management not working properly. There is no vision to be best hospital.
