Charmboard appreciates their employees when they do good work. We receive a personal email regarding it and the team appreciates well.

Dislikes

They don't deliver what they promise. At first, they promised to increase the salary after two months. Then I got to know from other people that nobody's salary was increased even after working for more than six months and they all were promised the same. The same happened to me after some time they want you to work according to their time, even after work hours. Their behavior changes drastically after you spend some time there.

Likes

There is not a single thing which will attract to join this company. One of the worst companies I have joined in my professional carrier. Forget about supporting in this Covid-19 situation, they were firing the employees and started deducting 50% salary from April. For me, they have not gave me last month's salary.

Dislikes

There is no time limitation of working hours, You have to be available for 24 hrs to do the work including Saturday and Sunday, and have to forget your personal life. Saturday is the working day here. Nothing to learn here.

A few good colleagues who treat u as a human.

1. Not a startup culture, u never feel that u r part of a team - no value and they will leave u once their things are done. 2. No point of having experience other than coding. Only value how fast u write code. 3. No focussed goals, don't think about the impact of a new feature. It's only about what stake holders need. No one to support or talk about users or tech. 4. Strict timing. 5. Alternative sat working. 6. Freelancers, work only for what I r paid! Better sit at home idle than working here.

Employees except senior level management is really good and want to achieve something big but it cannot be done if senior level management is poor. You have to make your employees feel satisfy to get 100% output and that's what big organisations do and charmboard lags here. The goal cannot be more important than the road to that goal because that's where we learn.
