It is a great organisation to work with, the superiors are excellent and the work environment si very conducive for learning, the company culture is health plus the efforts and dedication you add to work is well recognised, the salaries are paid on time and you also get a lot of opportunities which help in upskilling and challenge you to do better.Salaries are paid on time and overall if you are looking for a long term experience its a great organisation to work with.

They have all Saturdays working as half day apart from that no cons.

salary is not upto the mark as per the work. management changes policy as per thier comfort. "your one month of salary cheque will be with management" this rule is not applicable in any other company but here it is.

Owner has criminal background and was in jail of FBI. Management is worst part. Here rules are not followed but manipulated as per requirements. Viraj is the third class person I have ever seen.

Need to change management in chargen as old employee never supported to New staff and try to find out mistakes only.

So many things are dislike. In every step no one support only point out mistakes never appreciate if anyone did good work. If anyone appointed new CHA so old staff giving pressure with them and complaint to management CHA is not good. There is monopoly only old staff decided which CHA is work with Chargen instead of management.
