...d with their own employees in the Project.Unethical way of serving their client.Very bad experience at National level on salaries and compensation part during Covid and Front level VMs were terminated without any notification on unethical way.No top management interventions on Project people's and their interests.Finally had very bad experience in my Ten years of experience.Joined in Feb 20 and resigned in June 20 month because of huge culture shock.

1. This company can stop your salary without your consent. It all depends on how well you can please your boss 2. Your manager has the entire authority to your appraisal, your salary, your work life balance. 3. HR has no control on any matter. They are just a mere puppet. 4. Growth is zero. Learning in this company is zero. Worst company I have worked with in my entire 8 years of job. 5. Timing is 8 hrs where entry is at 9:30 AM but leaving office as a guy cannot be after 8 hrs. It's will be 10-11 hrs of working

Hike is very poor, growth is stagnant, for our own CTC money one have to struggle every month to achieve kpi, learning is not there
