You will regret your decision if you join this organization. It is important to survive but it is also important to survive with peace of mind.

Does not provide WFH and no work life balance, you're asked to work overtime for which you'll not be paid and even on weekends based on the study requirements.

Seriously company is not looking for growth, so obviously no growth for employees. No leadership, currently leads are trying to retain the position. By the way leads are 2-3 years experienced who don't know how to respect others What's unfortunate is that even those with 10-11 years of experience who can lead a team in a great way have to be under them.

Won't work in a systematic way and professionally , the Employess are not aware of the methodologies on which they are working , Mainly concentrate on productivity than Quality. the employeers should be trained well on Communication skills and professional , its better to dedicated time on training sessions
