Good Work Environment and Culture other Teammates are supportive and the management. Working Hours Freedom Good cafeteria cleaning staffs awesome.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not in decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.But they can fire us.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Self learning, since there was no internet available freely to use and surf. Everything we had to learn by our own.

This company wants us to work hard but they pay very less, they don't allow us to learn anything, they want us to work on weekends but they won't pay for it ot at least give compensation leave, at the time of appraisal they will fire the employees, appraisal ill be given in delay atleast 4 months to 1year delay
